Start by making your butter sauce using a cup and a half to 2 cups of butter.
Add in about 8 to 9 cloves of crushed garlic.
Add in your seasonings: smoked paprika, cayenne powder, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, red chili flakes, and brown sugar (about 1 tbsp each).
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
Add in 2 tablespoons of the Zatarain's shrimp and crab oil concentrate.
Sprinkle in some Old Bay seasoning (optional).
Add a handful of fresh lemon slices.
Add the potatoes to the pot and cook them for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Add some of the butter sauce into the pot for flavor.
Once the potatoes are about done, toss in your corn.
Add the pre-cooked and sliced andouille sausage to the pot.
Add the shrimps to the pot.
Let the shrimps, corn, and sausage cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Tuck in all of your pre-cooked crab and let them warm up and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Once everything is warm and toasty, drain the pot.
Add a little bit of lemon juice to the butter mixture.
Give the butter mixture a good mix before pouring it all over the seafood boil.
Layer the seafood boil out on a pre-wrapped table for serving.
