Directions

  1. 1Add a stick of butter in a pan with a couple tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. 2Brown your chicken with some salt and pepper.
  3. 3After about five minutes per side, transfer your chicken to a separate dish.
  4. 4Add a couple of tablespoons of garlic to your butter and olive oil mixture.
  5. 5Add a cup of chicken broth and about a cup of heavy whipping cream.
  6. 6Add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  7. 7Sprinkle about a cup of parmesan cheese and whisk it up.
  8. 8Add half a cup of sundried tomatoes.
  9. 9Add your chicken back, toss it around, and top it with a little more parmesan cheese.
  10. 10Put it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes.
  11. 11Serve it over angel hair pasta.
