One Pan Hot Honey Chicken Alfredo

Directions

  1. 1Season chicken with most of the Italian seasoning.
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes on the first side.
  4. 4Flip the chicken, lower the heat, and cook for another 4–5 minutes until it reaches 165°F.
  5. 5Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. 6In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  7. 7Add chicken broth, Hot Honey Marinara, heavy cream, and remaining seasoning.
  8. 8Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  9. 9Add pasta and stir to coat.
  10. 10Simmer uncovered for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  11. 11Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until fully melted.
  12. 12Add parmesan and mix until smooth and creamy.
  13. 13Nestle the whole chicken breasts back on top.
  14. 14Garnish with fresh basil or green onions and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.

  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning

  • 4 basil leaves or green onions
  • crushed red pepper flakes
