1Get a non-stick pan fired up to a medium temperature.
2Add some avocado oil, olive oil, or a blended oil to the pan.
3Season the chicken strips generously with Dan-O's original (green top).
4Lay the seasoned chicken strips in the pan, season-side down.
5Season the other side of the chicken strips generously with Dan-O's.
6After about three minutes, flip the chicken to sear the other side.
7After another couple of minutes, give the chicken another flip to develop a beautiful herb crust.
8Once the chicken is perfectly cooked, set them aside.
9To make the vinaigrette, combine equal parts white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and Dan-O's in a mixing jar (adjusting vinegar parts if one is unavailable, e.g., using twice the white wine vinegar if red wine vinegar is missing).
10Shake the mixing jar until the vinaigrette is well combined.
11Sample the chicken with just the herb crust first.
12Drizzle the vinaigrette over the top of the chicken for a second sample.
Ingredients
chicken strips
avocado oil
olive oil
blended oil
Dan-O's original (green top)
2 parts white wine vinegar
red wine vinegar
1 part extra virgin olive oil
1 part Dan-O's
Equipment
non-stick panmixing jar
Tips
Sprinkle Dan-O's generously because it's not packed full of salt, offering more flavor with real ingredients and sea salt.
The vinaigrette consists of equal parts white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and Dan-O's, but you can double one vinegar if another is unavailable.
The Dan-O's seasoning creates a nice herb crust on the chicken.
This recipe is perfect for beginners due to its simplicity.
