S'mores Cookie Bars
Directions
- 1Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter into a bowl.
- 2Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the bowl.
- 3Add 1/3 cup of sugar to the bowl.
- 4Mix the sugars and butter together with a spatula.
- 5Add one egg to the mixture.
- 6Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 7Mix the wet ingredients until well combined.
- 8Add 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour, and salt to the bowl.
- 9Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to form a cookie dough.
- 10Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
- 11Mix the chocolate chips into the cookie dough using a spoon.
- 12Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- 13Arrange graham crackers to form a base layer in the baking pan.
- 14Spread the cookie dough over the graham cracker layer in the baking pan.
- 15Place marshmallows on top of the cookie dough layer.
- 16Place Hershey's chocolate bar pieces on top of the marshmallows.
- 17Add more cookie dough on top of the chocolate pieces and marshmallows.
- 18Bake the cookie bars in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
- 19Remove the baked s'mores cookie bars from the oven.
- 20Cut the s'mores cookie bars into individual pieces.
- 21Serve and enjoy the s'mores cookie bars.
