Easy Biscoff Weet-Bix slice

Directions

  1. 1Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan and line with baking paper.
  2. 2Place Biscoff biscuits and Weet-Bix in a food processor, and process until the mix resembles fine crumbs.
  3. 3Add condensed milk and melted butter, and process until the mixture is wet and sticks together.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and use the back of a spoon to press it evenly and firmly over the base.
  5. 5Place white chocolate and Biscoff spread in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring halfway through, until melted and smooth.
  6. 6Pour the melted mixture over the slice and tilt the pan to spread evenly.
  7. 7Place in the fridge to set.
  8. 8Cut the slice into 20 squares to serve.

Ingredients

  • 20 whole Biscoff biscuits
  • 18 whole Weet-Bix
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 80 g salted butter, melted
  • 120 g white chocolate melts, chopped
  • 200 g smooth Biscoff spread
