Open up the chicken breast, cover with plastic wrap, and tenderize using a meat mallet.

Cut the chicken into round pieces using a pot lid as a guide.

Coat the chicken pieces in all-purpose flour.

In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, green onions, and Parmesan cheese.

Coat the floured chicken in the egg mixture.

Melt one tablespoon of butter in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, then remove.

In the same skillet, add chicken broth, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley. Add another tablespoon of butter and stir.

Return the chicken to the skillet and cook in the sauce.

3 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chicken broth

0.5 whole lemon juice
to taste dried parsley
