Taco Tater Tot Casserole
Directions
- 1In a massive skillet, place a pound of ground beef and brown it up aggressively.
- 2Add two metric tons of minced garlic.
- 3Add some onion powder.
- 4Add the equivalent of one packet of taco seasoning.
- 5Add a cup of salsa.
- 6Add half a cup of water.
- 7Add in one can of black beans, drained and rinsed.
- 8Add the rest of the jar of salsa.
- 9Add a bag of corn.
- 10Add a good handful of cheese (probably a cup).
- 11Top this mixture with a bag of tater tots, not cooked. They're frozen.
- 12It's important that they're arranged into a design. Don't just dump them on.
- 13Pop this into a 350° oven until the top is a little bit crispy and a little bit brown. Then we are going to add cheese to the top.
- 14Pop it back in the oven until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

- 0.5 cup water
- 1 can black beans
- 1 bag corn
- 1 cup cheese
- 2 pound tater tots
