Directions
- 1Fry off your chicken breast, bell pepper, honey and seasonings - I just used water, no oil!
- 2Cook your pasta separately - add it in to the chicken once al dente!
- 3Let the mix cool a bit before adding the quark, stir it in until creamy
- 4Bash a bit of parsley on top

- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chilli
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 120 g fat free quark
- 20 g honey
