Directions

  1. 1Fry off your chicken breast, bell pepper, honey and seasonings - I just used water, no oil!
  2. 2Cook your pasta separately - add it in to the chicken once al dente!
  3. 3Let the mix cool a bit before adding the quark, stir it in until creamy
  4. 4Bash a bit of parsley on top

Ingredients

  • 120 g DRY pasta
  • 360 g raw chicken breast
  • 190 g mixed bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chilli
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 120 g fat free quark
  • 20 g honey
