Directions
1
Sift flour, casein, whey and baking powder into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
2
Add Greek yoghurt and stir to create your dough.
3
Once your dough is formed, roll out into a large square and cut out circle size shapes using a small cookie cutter.
4
Continue to do this until you’re out of dough.
5
Grab all of your dough circles and roll them into individual balls.
6
Place the balls in your air fryer for 5-6 minutes on 200C.
7
While your balls are cooking, add your glaze ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
8
Once balls are cooked, remove from airfryer.
9
Cut a pocket in the donut holes.
10
Inject the donut holes with Biscoff.
11
Dump the donut holes in glaze and roll around.
12
Remove the donut holes and allow to cool completely.
Ingredients
35 g PLAIN Flour
20 g Vanilla Casein
10 g Vanilla Whey
100 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
3 g Baking Powder
40 g Zero/Low Cal Powdered Sweetener
20 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
0.5 Tsp Vanilla Essence
40 g BISCOFFFFFF
Equipment
mixing bowl
air fryer
cookie cutter
olive oil spray cap
Tips
You might need a splash of almond milk when forming the dough depending on your chosen brand of protein.
You can easily get 20-25 donut holes out of the whole batch, which will limit how much Biscoff can go in each.
White chocolate whey can be used for an ultimate combo with Biscoff, though vanilla offers a more neutral flavor.
