French Toast Cups
Directions
- 1Slice some brioche bread into about half-inch pieces.
- 2Add the sliced brioche bread to a bowl.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- 4Whisk until fully combined.
- 5Pour the mixture over the bread.
- 6Fully coat the bread and set aside for about 15 minutes.
- 7Coat a muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper.
- 8Fill each muffin cup with the coated bread.
- 9Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and everything is cooked through.
