Add 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree to a bowl.

Add 1 ripe banana to the pumpkin puree.

Mash the banana into the pumpkin puree using a fork.

Crack 1 egg into the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp of melted butter.

Pour in 3/4 cup of milk or non-dairy milk.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla.

Add 1 1/4 cups of oat flour.

Add 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Add 1 tsp of baking powder.

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Pour a scoop of the mixture into a waffle maker.

Cook in the waffle maker for about 4 minutes.

Remove the cooked waffle from the waffle maker.

For 8 months & up: Cut into strips with a side of yogurt for dipping
For 9-12 months: Cut into smaller, bite-sized pieces
For toddlers and older kids: Add a light drizzle of maple syrup, sliced fruit
For adults: Top with syrup, seeds or nuts for extra texture
