Smashed Dumpling Tacos

Directions

  1. 1Start with ground pork and then add in green onions, cilantro, fresh garlic, and fresh ginger.
  2. 2Season it up with just a little bit of salt and pepper, some sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  3. 3Add in about one cup of coleslaw and then give it a good mix.
  4. 4Spread this mixture into a thin layer all the way to the edges of some flour tortillas.
  5. 5For the sauce, combine soy sauce with a little bit of water, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sugar.
  6. 6Stir the sauce until the sugar dissolves.
  7. 7Heat up a large non-stick skillet or griddle and add in a little bit of neutral oil.
  8. 8Once the skillet is hot, go in with your tortillas, meat side down and cook them for about three minutes or until they're browned.
  9. 9Once they're cooked and crispy on both sides, top it off with the rest of your slaw mix, green onions, and cilantro.
