Season the chicken breasts by adding 1 tbsp of avocado oil to a bowl with chicken breasts, and then add 2 tsp paprika powder, 2 tsp dried parsley, 2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp chicken bouillon. Mix well to coat the chicken.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and then add rotini pasta. Cook according to package directions.
Heat a pan and add a generous amount of oil. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot pan.
Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and half diced onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
Pour in 3 cups of heavy cream into the pan with the sautéed garlic and onions.
Add 2 tsp chicken bouillon, 2 tsp all in one spice, 1 tsp dried parsley, 2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Italian herbs to the cream sauce. Stir everything together.
Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and well combined.
Add the cooked rotini pasta to the creamy sauce and mix well to ensure the pasta is fully coated.
Place the cooked chicken breasts on top of the pasta. You can slice the chicken before serving if desired.
