Directions

  1. 1Prepare the aluminum foil.
  2. 2Place the feta cheese in the center of the prepared aluminum foil.
  3. 3Add tomato slices over the feta cheese.
  4. 4Add garlic slices on top of the tomatoes.
  5. 5Add chopped fresh onion.
  6. 6Add chopped parsley.
  7. 7Add thyme or oregano.
  8. 8Add chili flakes.
  9. 9Add pepper.
  10. 10Add extra virgin olive oil.
  11. 11Fold the aluminum foil to create a sealed packet.
  12. 12Bake in a preheated oven at 350 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 25 minutes.
  13. 13Serve with grilled bread.
