- 1Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
- 2Once the ground beef is almost cooked through, add diced onion, diced bell pepper, and a big spoonful of minced garlic.

- 5Fill the empty pasta sauce jar about two-thirds of the way with chicken broth and pour it into the pot to get every last drop of sauce.
- 6Season the mixture well with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 7Once the mixture comes to a boil, stir in 8 ounces of uncooked spaghetti that have been broken in half.
- 8Make sure the noodles are well coated in the sauce to prevent clumps.
- 9Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, stopping and stirring really well every 5 minutes.
- 10Once the pasta is tender, stir in half a block of cream cheese until it melts into the sauce.
- 11Let it sit uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes so it thickens up.
- 12Serve the spaghetti with cheesy bread.
