Chicken Smash Burgers

Directions

  1. 1Season chicken mince with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and breadcrumbs, then mix well.
  2. 2Grease your hands and take two meat balls of seasoned chicken mince.
  3. 3Place the meat balls in a hot pan with a little oil.
  4. 4Add onion rings to the pan to grill alongside the chicken patties.
  5. 5Place baking paper over the meat balls and smash them into thin patties using a spatula or plate.
  6. 6Drizzle mustard paste on top of the patties.
  7. 7Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. 8Place a cheese slice on each patty.
  9. 9Cover the pan and cook until the cheese melts.
  10. 10Stack the two cheesy patties on top of each other.
  11. 11Prepare the spicy burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, mustard, relish (crushed cucumber), a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili garlic sauce, and milk.
  12. 12Spread burger sauce on the bottom bun of the brioche bun.
  13. 13Add sliced tomatoes and lettuce on top of the sauce.
  14. 14Place the stacked chicken patties on the lettuce.
  15. 15Top with grilled onion rings.
  16. 16Drizzle more burger sauce over the onions and patties.
  17. 17Place the top bun to complete the chicken smash burger.

  • 4 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Mustard sauce
  • 1 small Small onion (cut in rings)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Relish (crushed cucumber)
  • Pinch Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Brioche buns
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce

Tips

  • For the burger sauce, you can use relish or crushed cucumbers.
