Shrimp Boil

Directions
- 1Add 5 quarts of water to the pot.
- 2Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the water.
- 3Add one onion to the water.
- 4Add lemons to the water.
- 5Add boil in a bag to the water.
- 6Add 1 tablespoon of shrimp and crab boil concentrate to the water.
- 7Allow the water to come to a boil.
- 8Add the corn to the boiling water.
- 9Allow the corn to cook for 10 minutes.
- 10Add the potatoes to the pot after 10 minutes.
- 11Allow the potatoes to cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
- 12Remove all ingredients from the pot once the potatoes are tender.
- 13Reserve 1 and a half cups of the broth from the pot.
- 14Move the pot to the side to prepare the infused butter.
- 15Cook the sausage in a skillet for about 5 minutes.
- 16Remove the sausage from the skillet.
- 17Melt 2 pounds of butter in the skillet over medium heat.
- 18Skim the top layer of the butter.
- 19Add three heads of minced garlic to the butter and cook for 30 seconds.
- 20Add paprika, lemon pepper, cayenne, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, and brown sugar to the butter and garlic mix.
- 21Mix all the spices into the butter.
- 22Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixture.
- 23Add the reserved broth to the mix and allow it to simmer.
- 24Add the shrimp to the simmering sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 25Mix the shrimp with the sauce.
- 26Cook the crab legs in a separate pot of boiling water for 4 minutes.
- 27Turn off the heat for the shrimp and transfer it with the rest of the ingredients.
- 28Transfer the crab legs to the mix after 4 minutes.
- 29Pour the shrimp over the mix.
- 30Mix all the ingredients together so that the potatoes and corn are covered with the sauce.
- 31Serve and enjoy!

- 0.25 cup cayenne pepper
- 0.25 cup old bay seasoning
- 0.25 cup Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1.5 cup broth
