Directions
- 1Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add oil.
- 2Add pre-cut onions and peppers to the pan and stir.
- 3Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until browned.
- 4Add salt to the mixture.
- 5Add tomato paste to the pan and incorporate into the meat and vegetables.
- 6Add black, red, and pinto beans, including the liquid from the cans, into the pan.
- 7Stir the mixture well to combine.
- 8Add salt, paprika, garlic salt, chili powder, and ground cumin, then stir to combine.
- 9Let the chili simmer for a bit.
- 10Add frozen corn and stir to incorporate.
- 11Serve in a bowl, topped with Mexican cheese and crumbled blue tortilla chips.

Tips
- You can make this in a pot if you prefer a slower cooking process.
