Directions

1Sauté chopped bell peppers and onion in a pan until softened.
2Add hamburger meat and Italian sausage to the pan; cook until the meat is browned.
3Stir in minced garlic and cook for about one minute.
4Mix in tomato paste.
5Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the mixture and cook for one to two minutes.
6Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil to thicken the sauce.

8Stir in the cooked orzo and mix until well combined.
