Directions

  1. 1Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl to form a sticky dough.
  2. 2Mix/knead the dough with your hands, sprinkling additional flour on your hands to make it easier to handle.
  3. 3Flour your work surface and rolling pin and roll the dough into a large rectangular shape.
  4. 4Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the filling.
  5. 5Spread the filling mixture across the rolled-out dough.
  6. 6Roll the dough into a log shape, using a spatula and extra flour if required to help with rolling.
  7. 7Cut the log into 10-12 even slices.
  8. 8Arrange the slices in a greased pan.
  9. 9Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
  10. 10Meanwhile, mix together the frosting ingredients: cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and milk.
  11. 11Add more milk to the frosting until desired consistency is reached.
  12. 12Cool the baked cinnamon rolls in the pan for 10 minutes.
  13. 13Add frosting to the cooled cinnamon rolls.
