Directions

Slice and dice potatoes into bite size cubes.

Place the potatoes in an air fryer.

Spray with light cooking spray, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

Air fry at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Season the steak with garlic powder and pepper.

Add steak to pan and cook.

Add cut up onions and Worcestershire sauce to same pan.

Allow to sautéed.

Combine nonfat greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, lemon juice, fresh parsley, fresh chives, garlic powder, and salt to taste.

Divide everything into a bowl.

Garnish with green stuff to make it look fancy.

1.5 lbs lean sirloin or flank steak

0.5 tbsp olive oil
1 medium yellow onion
1 tsp olive oil
dash balsamic vinegar or Worcestershire
0.5 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
0.25 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped chives or green onion
0.5 tsp garlic powder
to taste salt

Tips
Sirloin steak is better than ribeye because it has less fat and packs lean protein.
You can never have too much seasoning.
