Гарбузовий крем суп (Pumpkin cream soup)

Directions
- 1Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes.
- 2Fry onion with garlic in butter. Add carrot.
- 3Add pumpkin, potatoes, spices and salt.
- 4Pour in water and cook until ready.
- 5Peel the shrimps and fry them in butter for a couple of minutes on both sides.
- 6Add cream to the soup, boil for a couple of minutes and blend.
- 7Serve the soup with seeds, shrimps and toast with cheese.
