Directions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine chicken, eggs, flour, cornstarch, baking soda, yogurt, mixed cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix everything until well combined.
  2. 2Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, turn the heat to medium-low.
  4. 4Using a spoon, form the chicken mixture into patties. Don’t overcrowd the pan; fry 3-4 patties at a time. Shallow fry the patties until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. 5Remove the patties from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. 6In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, dill and lemon juice until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
