Place a strainer over a container and sift 2 cups of all-purpose wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Sift to remove all the lumps, beat a little, and set aside.
In another container, mix the liquid ingredients. 2 cups of whole liquid milk, 80 ml of vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence, and two egg yolks.
Beat until completely integrated.
Return to the container where the dry ingredients are and add the liquid ingredients.
Beat vigorously until you see no trace of flour or lumps.
Apart, beat two egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks.
Add the egg whites to the mixture.
Integrate in an enveloping way to conserve all the possible air in our mixture, moving the soft spatula from outside to inside in a circular way until you see almost nothing of the egg whites and observe that the mixture obtained this consistency.
Preheat a waffle iron, and grease with oil.
Pour in a measure of ½ cup, in this case each waffle of this size needs two measures.
Cover and cook for approximately 6 minutes.
If you want chocolate waffles, add milk chocolate chips.
If you want color chips, add two tablespoons of color chips and mix.
