4Add chopped parsley and diced sun-dried tomatoes to the egg mixture.
5Mix all ingredients in the bowl.
6Pour the mixture into an oiled or non-stick baking dish.
7Bake the frittata at 200c fan for 5-10 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
8Slice the protein bagels in half.
9Cut the cooled frittata into 4 squares.
10Place a frittata square on the bottom half of each bagel.
11Place a slice of smoked cheese on top of the frittata.
12Close the bagels with the top half.
13Wrap each bagel in foil.
14Freeze the wrapped bagels.
15Unwrap a frozen bagel and place it in an air fryer to heat.
16Serve the heated bagel.

0.5 carton 500g egg whites
2 eggs
1 handful chopped parsley
1 handful chopped basil
1 spring onion, diced finely
4 diced sun dried tomatoes, drained from oil

Tips
Feel free to add in some sliced tomatoes and spinach after defrosting for the ultimate speedy breakfast.
If you only have a dish that gives you a thin frittata, simply double stack in the bagel!
To serve, remove from the freezer to thaw overnight then either stick into the air frier or warm in the oven at 200c for 5-6 minutes until the cheese has melted.
