Directions

  1. 1Pour a teaspoon of salt into boiling water.
  2. 2Add a pack of pasta to the boiling water.
  3. 3Stir the pasta with a metal utensil.
  4. 4Add ricotta cheese, Pecorino Romano and a little bit of pasta water to a bowl.
  5. 5Mix until the cheese is soft.
  6. 6Add tomato sauce to the ricotta mixture.
  7. 7Combine the cooked pasta and the ricotta mixture in a pan.
  8. 8Mix until combined.
  9. 9Add extra pepper and salt to taste.
  10. 10Plate it up.

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack pasta
  • 1 bowl fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1 handful Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 spoon pasta water
  • 0.25 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
