Directions
- 1Pour a teaspoon of salt into boiling water.
- 2Add a pack of pasta to the boiling water.
- 3Stir the pasta with a metal utensil.
- 4Add ricotta cheese, Pecorino Romano and a little bit of pasta water to a bowl.
- 5Mix until the cheese is soft.
- 6Add tomato sauce to the ricotta mixture.
- 7Combine the cooked pasta and the ricotta mixture in a pan.
- 8Mix until combined.
- 9Add extra pepper and salt to taste.
- 10Plate it up.
