Directions

  1. 1Marinate chicken thighs with yogurt, lemon juice and spices. Air fry for 12 minutes at 400°F.
  2. 2Heat oil in a skillet, toast whole spices, then sauté onions.
  3. 3Add garlic, ginger, green chilies (optional), tomato paste, and water. Sauté.
  4. 4Remove bay leaf and black cardamom pod. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. 5Pour the mixture back into the pan. Add water, butter, heavy cream, kasoori methi, and ground spices. Simmer until thickened.
  6. 6Chop the air-fried chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add to the sauce and simmer.
  7. 7Adjust seasoning with salt and sugar.
  8. 8Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice, naan, or roti
