Finely chop green garlic, coriander, and red onion.
In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add the chopped onions, garlic, coriander, and green chili paste and cook until lightly done.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper, tomato juice, and hot water. Simmer for a while to make a flavorful masala.
Grate boiled eggs and add to the masala. Mix well and cook for some time.
Add water to adjust the consistency.
In another pan, prepare a half-fried egg with salt, red chili, black pepper, and coriander.
Add the half-fried egg to the ghotala and mix well.
Serve the ghotala in a plate with butter pav. Enjoy!
