Prepare the chicken seekh by chopping onions and green chilies in a chopper.

Add minced chicken, chili flakes, cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder, and bread crumbs to the chopper and mix well.

Add fresh cream and salt, then mix everything together using the chopper.

Shape the mixture into seekh kebabs using a pencil or skewer sticks.

Lightly fry the seekh kebabs in a grill pan with some oil until they turn golden.

Prepare the gravy by frying chopped onions, cashew nuts, and green chilies in a pan until the onions turn pinkish and soft.

Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Cool the mixture and blend it into a paste using a grinder.

In a separate pan, melt butter and add green cardamom, cloves, and ginger garlic paste. Sauté until the raw smell of ginger garlic goes away.

Add the blended paste, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, chat masala, and garam masala powder. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce the flame to low, add beaten yogurt and salt, and mix well.

Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the fried seekh kebabs to the gravy, sprinkle with dried fenugreek leaves and mix gently.

Add half a cup of fresh cream and mix well.

Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes on medium to low flame.

Remove the lid, add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves, mix well, turn off the flame.

0.5 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 dried fenugreek leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
1 chopped coriander leaves
