Directions

  1. 1Chop 1 biji bawang merah and 2 ulas bawang putih using a food chopper.
  2. 2Add chopped onions and garlic to a cooking pot with some cooking oil and stir.
  3. 3Add 2 sudu cili kisar and stir well until combined.
  4. 4Add the sotong to the pot and stir.
  5. 5Add sliced bawang besar and stir.
  6. 6Add 1 sdb gula, 1 sdk garam, and 1 sdb sos tiram and stir until well combined.
