Directions

  1. 1Add oil to a pan
  2. 2Add rice to the pan
  3. 3Let rice toast for five minutes
  4. 4Add diced onion and garlic
  5. 5Add tomato sauce
  6. 6Add water
  7. 7Add sazon packet and chicken bouillon
  8. 8Let simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes
  9. 9Slice chicken breasts in half and cut them into pieces
  10. 10Start rice and let it sit for fifteen minutes
  11. 11Add oil to a pan, then add chicken and seasonings
  12. 12Put the lid on and let the chicken cook on the stove
  13. 13Add evaporated milk to a pot
  14. 14Add velveeta queso
  15. 15Add green chilies
  16. 16Mix, then add pepper jack cheese
  17. 17Mix all the queso ingredients
  18. 18Plate rice, chicken, and queso

  • 1 diced onion
  • garlic
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 sazon packet
  • chicken bouillon
  • 2 chicken breast
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • onion powder
  • cumin
  • 1 sazon seasoning packet
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 16 ounce block queso velveeta
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 8 ounce block pepper jack cheese
