Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Grease a 9x13 pan with butter and line it with parchment paper, then grease the parchment paper with butter as well.
  2. 2Layer the bottom of the pan with Club crackers.
  3. 3In a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, and graham cracker crumbs, stirring constantly until it boils.
  4. 4Once boiling, continue stirring for 7 minutes.
  5. 5Turn off the heat and quickly pour half of the caramel mixture over the first layer of crackers, spreading it to the edges.
  6. 6Add another layer of crackers on top of the caramel.
  7. 7Pour the remaining caramel mixture over the crackers and spread it evenly to the edges.
  8. 8Place the pan in the fridge to chill.
  9. 9While the crackers are chilling, melt butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and creamy peanut butter in a pan (or microwave) until smooth.
  10. 10Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the chilled crackers and spread evenly.
  11. 11Return the pan to the fridge for a couple of hours to fully set.
  12. 12Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the entire creation out of the pan.
  13. 13Cut the crack bars into squares and enjoy!
