Add the ground beef into the bowl with the spices.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

Divide the mixture in half and place each portion on plastic wrap.

Roll the mixture into log shapes, approximately 6-7 inches long.

Wrap each log twice in plastic wrap.

Place the wrapped logs in a container and refrigerate for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, unwrap the logs.

Re-roll the logs to ensure a uniform shape, as they might have flattened slightly.

Place the logs on a sheet pan and bake in the oven at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for about two hours.

Tips
You can shape the logs however you like, but the goal is to have two uniform size logs.
