Directions
- 1Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a glass bowl.
- 2Pour in warm water and mix until everything starts to come together.
- 3Add oil and mix/knead until the dough is smooth.
- 4Proof for 1 hour.
- 5Divide the dough into three pieces.
- 6Flatten each piece, add sauce and toppings and bake at 410 for 8 mins.
- 7Add additional toppings and bake for another 5-8 mins.

- 15 ml oil
- 1 tomato sauce
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 basil
- 1 chocolate
