One-Pan Dumpling Bake

Directions

  1. 1Just mix together coconut milk, red curry paste, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a 9x13 pan.
  2. 2Add a squeeze of lime juice and toss in the chopped bok choy.
  3. 3Add your frozen dumplings right on top and drizzle with some of the sauce.
  4. 4Cover with foil, bake in the oven, and serve with a side of rice.
  5. 5Preheat oven to 400°F.
  6. 6In a 9×13 pan, whisk together the coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  7. 7Squeeze in the lime juice.
  8. 8Stir in the chopped bok choy.
  9. 9Arrange the frozen dumplings on top in a single layer.
  10. 10Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
  11. 11Finish with chili crisp, green onions, sesame seeds, lime and cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
