Directions

  1. 1Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
  2. 2Dry shake until emulsified.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  4. 4Strain into a coupe or sour glass.

  • 1.5 oz. bonded apple brandy
  • 0.5 oz. apricot brandy
  • 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white or other foamer
