Add the washed dry black beans to a pot with green onions, garlic, and red bell pepper.
Add water to the pot with the beans and vegetables.
Remove excess fat from the chicken and score the meat so the seasoning can penetrate deeper.
Squeeze lime juice on the chicken, add salt, and pour vinegar over it.
Clean the chicken with water.
Prepare the marinade by combining epice, vinegar, salt, Very Noicee All-Purpose Seasoning, Tabasco, lime juice, and olive oil in a bowl, then whisk it all together.
Add the cleaned chicken to the marinade and mix it well to coat.
After about two hours, when the beans are nice and tender, add them to a food processor.
Blend the beans until they are as smooth as possible.
Pass the blended bean sauce through a strainer to remove any excess pulp.
Add fresh parsley, a habanero pepper (or Scotch bonnet), and cloves to the strained bean sauce for aromatics.
Season the black bean sauce with Very Noicee All-Purpose Seasoning, salt, and chicken bouillon.
Optionally, add coconut milk to the black bean sauce and stir.
Place the marinated chicken into an air fryer.
Cook the chicken until it's nicely browned and cooked through (can also be baked in an oven).
Make the chicken sauce by heating about 2 tablespoons of chicken drippings in a pan over medium to low heat.
Add epice, tomato paste, and water to the pan with the drippings.
Season the sauce with Very Noicee All-Purpose Seasoning and chicken bouillon.
Add sliced red bell peppers, a habanero pepper, and red onions to the sauce.
Stir the sauce with the added vegetables and let it simmer.
Plate white rice, pour the black bean sauce next to it, and place the cooked chicken on top of the rice.
Spoon the chicken sauce over the chicken and serve.
