Directions

  1. 1Remove the center of the tomato.
  2. 2Peel the tomato with a peeler.
  3. 3Cut the tomato in half, then in quarters and remove the seeds.
  4. 4Cut the tomato into strips and then into small cubes.
  5. 5Chop the red onion.
  6. 6Chop the cilantro.
  7. 7In a bowl, add the tomato, the red onion, and the cilantro.
  8. 8Add the juice of two limes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9Mix well and serve.
