Zucchini Salad

Directions
- 1Sauté the shallots and garlic in oil to take away a little of the bite and bring out their sweetness.

- 3Prepare the raw zucchini ribbons in a bowl.
- 4Add fresh dill to the zucchini.
- 5Add dried mint to the zucchini.
- 6Add Urfa chile to the zucchini.
- 7Add vinegar to the zucchini.
- 8Add mayonnaise to the zucchini.
- 9Add the sautéed shallots, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes to the zucchini mixture.
- 10Mix all the ingredients with your hands, gently to avoid breaking the zucchini ribbons.
- 11Taste and enjoy the raw zucchini salad.
