Peach Baked Brie

Directions

  1. 1Add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish and score the cheese.
  2. 2Surround the cheese with diced peaches.
  3. 3Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the peaches and add 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top.
  4. 4Drizzle honey on top.
  5. 5Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize.
