Directions

  1. 1Add sugar, cherry juice, juiced lemon, almond extract, and vanilla extract to a saucepan.

  4. 4Add the pitted cherries to the pot and remove from the heat.
  5. 5Once the mixture reaches room temperature, transfer it to a mason jar.
  6. 6Store the maraschino cherries in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving.

Tips
