Directions

1Melt the butter over low heat.
2Add 18 ounces of peanut butter to the melting butter.
3Sift 2 pounds of powdered sugar into the mixture gradually, mixing it in.
4Transfer the fudge mixture to a 13x9 inch baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5Smooth the fudge in the tray and place it in the fridge.
6Once set, remove the fudge from the tray and cut it into squares.
