  1. 1Break a graham cracker in half.
  2. 2Place two graham cracker halves on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. 3Place a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker half.
  4. 4Take a portion of chocolate chip cookie dough.
  5. 5Flatten the cookie dough.
  6. 6Cover the marshmallow and graham cracker with the flattened cookie dough.
  7. 7Place the assembled s'mores cookies in the air fryer basket.
  8. 8Bake at 240 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
