Directions

- 7In a separate bowl, combine sugar and lemon zest.
- 8Add the butter and cream the sugar and butter.
- 9Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix.
- 10Add the flour and mix.
- 11Add the cooked blueberries to the cookie batter.
- 12Mix until combined.
- 13Scoop out the dough.
- 14Roll the dough in sugar.
- 15Place a cream cheese ball in the center and seal the dough around it.
- 16Roll the stuffed cookie in sugar again.
- 17Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake.
- 18Cookies are done.
