Chicken Pot Pie Cobbler

Directions

  1. 1Drop a stick of melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. 2Add 3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken.
  3. 3Spread the chicken out in a layer across the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. 4Season the chicken with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. 5Add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables as a layer on top of the chicken.
  6. 6Get a mixing bowl.
  7. 7Add one box of Red Lobster Biscuit Mix, 2 cups of milk, and the seasoning packet to the mixing bowl.
  8. 8Whisk until beautifully combined.
  9. 9Add half a cup of cheddar cheese to the biscuit mix and mix it in.
  10. 10Pour the biscuit mix on top of the vegetables.
  11. 11Keep the mixing bowl and add a can of cream of chicken soup and a cup of chicken broth to it.
  12. 12Whisk until beautifully combined.
  13. 13Pour the chicken soup and chicken broth mixture on top of the biscuit mix.
  14. 14Put the whole thing in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 55 minutes.
  15. 15When it comes out, it should be golden brown.
  16. 16Sprinkle parsley on top to make it look fancy.
  17. 17Once it's cooled off, cut a piece out with a spatula and put it on a plate.
  18. 18Scoop up a big bite with a fork and eat it.
