  3. 3Mash the ground beef down into the smallest pieces possible using a meat masher.
  4. 4Season the ground beef with your preferred burger seasoning, such as salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  5. 5Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. 6Scrape the ground beef over to one side of the pan and drain excess grease using a paper towel.
  7. 7Add one whole chopped onion to the pan with the ground beef.
  8. 8Let the onions sweat down until they are nice and soft.
  9. 9Shred 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  10. 10Set the cooked ground beef and onions aside.
  11. 11In a mixing bowl, combine 1 dry cup of Bisquick, 2 cups of milk (half or whole milk recommended), and 4 eggs.
  12. 12Whisk the mixture until well combined.
  13. 13Transfer the ground beef and onion mixture into an aluminum pan, spreading it out as evenly as possible.

  15. 15Give a quick pass of Kinder's Caramelized Onion Garlic seasoning over the cheese for extra flavor.
  16. 16Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly over the top of the cheese and ground beef, ensuring it gets into every nook and cranny.
