Directions
- 1Mix the cake ingredients in a bowl.
- 2Add milk to tie everything together.
- 3Pour the cake mixture into cake tins and bake.
- 4Add white chocolate buttercream to the first layer.
- 5Add the pistachio centre.
- 6Add a second layer of lemon sponge.
- 7Repeat layers of sponge, buttercream and pistachio.
- 8Decorate with pistachios and serve.
