Directions
- 1Start by putting bread in a pan and press it well to make it toasted.
- 2Place some mortadella on the bread.
- 3When your pan or board is hot, break 2 eggs.
- 4Put 1 slice of American cheese or cheddar or cheese of your personal pleasure on the egg.
- 5Butter your bread well with a little bit of melted butter.
- 6Put down the mortadella.
- 7Place the egg with the cheese on top.
- 8Add a little Tabasco.
- 9Put the bread back on it.
- 10Cut the sandwich in two.

- 0.33 a baguette
- 3 slices mortadella
- 1 egg
- 1 slice American cheese
- drops hot sauce
- little bit butter melted
