Directions

  1. 1In a pot of boiling water, dump in your entire bag of tapioca pearls.
  2. 2Stir and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until it turns translucent.
  3. 3After it's fully cooked, strain and rinse with cold water.
  4. 4While the tapioca finishes cooling off, cube the jelly into little bites.
  5. 5Guide your knife around the pit of the mango to separate the flesh from the seed.
  6. 6Score the mango and make sure not to cut through to the skin.
  7. 7Use a spoon to scoop out the mango, resulting in bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8Repeat these steps for all five mangoes.
  9. 9In a blender, add your entire can of coconut milk.
  10. 10Add in about a third of the cut-up mangoes.
  11. 11Add in the whole can of condensed milk (adjust to your sweetness preference).
  12. 12Make sure the blender lid is on tight and blend.
  13. 13Bring the sago back out, pour in the blended mixture, and put in the mango chunks.
  14. 14Don't forget to add your jelly.
  15. 15Once all of your components are in a bowl, mix everything together really well.
  16. 16Portion out the mango sago into little containers like mason jars for distribution.
  17. 17Ensure all containers are sealed tight to prevent leaks.
