Directions
1
In a pot of boiling water, dump in your entire bag of tapioca pearls.
2
Stir and let it cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until it turns translucent.
3
After it's fully cooked, strain and rinse with cold water.
4
While the tapioca finishes cooling off, cube the jelly into little bites.
5
Guide your knife around the pit of the mango to separate the flesh from the seed.
6
Score the mango and make sure not to cut through to the skin.
7
Use a spoon to scoop out the mango, resulting in bite-sized pieces.
8
Repeat these steps for all five mangoes.
9
In a blender, add your entire can of coconut milk.
10
Add in about a third of the cut-up mangoes.
11
Add in the whole can of condensed milk (adjust to your sweetness preference).
12
Make sure the blender lid is on tight and blend.
13
Bring the sago back out, pour in the blended mixture, and put in the mango chunks.
14
Don't forget to add your jelly.
15
Once all of your components are in a bowl, mix everything together really well.
16
Portion out the mango sago into little containers like mason jars for distribution.
17
Ensure all containers are sealed tight to prevent leaks.
